The Helsinki District Court has dismissed the charge against a member of Componenta Corporation's Board of Directors

Componenta Corporation has received information today that the Helsinki District Court has dismissed the charge against Petteri Walldén, a former member of Nokian Tires plc's Board of Directors, and other persons who served as members of Nokian Tires plc's Board of Directors in 2015–2016 and as CEO on that time. The charges related to a securities market disclosure offences. Petteri Walldén is a member of the Board of Componenta Corporation.

Componenta Corporation has not been a party to the matter, and the company does not comment on the matter. The judgment has no effect on Componenta Corporation's Board of Directors.
