Dermot Sterne new Senior Vice President at Concentric

Dermot Sterne has been appointed Senior Vice President of Europe and Rest of World (RoW) at Concentric, with responsibility for operations in the UK, Sweden, Germany, China and India, as well as the sales operations in France, Italy and Korea.

Sterne began his career with Ford under the company's graduate development programme. He has since enjoyed a successful career in general management, commercial and technical leadership roles within the automotive sector working with companies such as Johnson Controls, Stadco and, most recently, as Managing Director of Wrightbus.

Dermot Sterne holds a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University, Belfast and an MSc in Advanced Automotive Engineering from Loughborough University of Technology. He took up his position on 5 September, 2013, taking over from Wim Goossens who will leave Concentric at the end of this year to pursue other interests.
