Investment AB Öresund, Lannebo Fonder, Handelsbanken Fonder and Göran Carlson through companies have formed a Nomination Committee before the 2012 Concentric Annual General Meeting. Together these owners represented 33.2% of the votes in Concentric AB as per September 30, 2011.
