Concept Amenities Managing Director tapped for Sustainability Panel at AHICE 2011
Michael Matulick will be a featured participant in an informative breakout panel session focused on Sustainability and Technology
Concept Amenities, a global leader in the supply of environmentally responsible guest bath amenities, is proud to announce that it will present an exciting array of innovative products at Stand # 5 at the Australasian Hotel Industry Conference & Exhibition (AHICE) 2011 scheduled for September 2 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney.
In addition, Managing Director Michael Matulick will be a featured participant in an informative breakout panel session focused on Sustainability and Technology and moderated by Ted Horner of E. Horner & Associates.
“I’m really looking forward to this opportunity,” says Matulick. “Our panel will provide fresh insights into how technology is helping the industry’s sustainability efforts both in products and design, as well as operations. We’ll discuss how energy-saving lighting is being adapted by hotels around the globe, and we’ll forecast where technology is heading in 2012 and beyond.”
This represents the first year that Concept Amenities has served as a Gold Sponsor and participant in AHICE, which is being hosted by leading hospitality magazine HM (Hotel & Accommodation Management) and is expected to attract more than 300 leading Hoteliers and industry executives from across the Asia-Pacific region and globally.
“We have a fantastic program that will look at the major trends in the travel industry,” says James Wilkinson, HM magazine’s managing editor. “The day will be a great insight to the industry for Hoteliers, major suppliers and industry leaders and the program will be one where delegates leave with a firm understanding of the major factors impacting on the accommodation industry.”
Among the major topics that will be addressed at this year’s conference are trends in food and beverage, design and technology; issues facing the industry including international markets, human resources and social networking; plus in-depth analyses of the boutique segment and franchising.
