Melbourne, Australia November 10, 2011 – Renowned explorer Jean-Michel Cousteau will make a special appearance at the Concept Amenities Booth (#2657) at this year’s International Hotel, Motel & Restaurant Show (IHM&RS). The event will be held on Monday, November 14 between 10 am – 2 pm at the Javits Center in New York City.
