REPURCHASE OF OWN SHARES DEC 3RD

On 3/12 2008, ContextVision AB acquired 40 000 shares. This repurchase of shares is in accordance with the authorisation given by the Annual General Meeting on 5th June 2008. The shares have been bought on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 30 per share. After these repurchases, ContextVision AB owns a total of 397,700 of its own shares, corresponding to 5% of the outstanding number of shares in ContextVision AB.
