Coor extends deal with Det Norske Veritas Eiendom (DNVE)
The extended contract relates to operation and maintenance of DNVE´s properties in Høvik outside Oslo, Norway, and consists of fixed subscription services and project volumes, totaling an estimated annual volume in excess of NOK 25 m. The contract has a two-year term, plus a two-year extension option.
Det Norske Veritas Eiendom (DNVE) is headquartered at Veritasparken, in Høvik outside Oslo. The partnership between Coor and DNVE began in 2005. This deal means that Coor assumes responsibility for delivering and developing operations and maintenance services at DNVE’s properties, totaling 100,000 m2, as well as the maintenance of other landscaped areas in Veritasparken.
“There’s a lot happening at Coor in Norway at the moment. In January, we announced the acquisition of property company OBOS Eiendomsdrift AS, and we signed an agreement regarding the acquisition of West Facility Management in May. Coor Norway currently has 1,400 employees with turnover of just under SEK 2 Bn. We continue to perceive positive business opportunities on the Norwegian market,” commented Mikael Stöhr, President and CEO at Coor.
“We’re extremely proud of our collaboration with DNVE, one of Coor’s oldest customers in Norway. This means that we’re particularly pleased about DNVE’s renewed confidence in Coor. We’re developing our services and delivery continuously to support DNVE and the visitors to Veritasparken optimally,” commented Nikolai Utheim, President of Coor Norway.
