Corem Kelly AB (publ) redeems hybrid bonds

Corem Kelly AB (publ) (“Corem Kelly”) hereby announces that it is exercising its right to voluntarily redeem all outstanding subordinated perpetual floating rate callable capital securities with ISIN SE0011337898 (the “Hybrid Bonds”). The outstanding nominal amount of Hybrid Bonds, excluding Corem Kelly’s holdings[1], amounts to SEK 1,132,500,000. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Hybrid Bonds, Corem Kelly is today notifying the holders of Hybrid Bonds, the Issuing Agent and the Agent that Corem Kelly calls for voluntary redemption of all outstanding Hybrid Bonds.
