“I look forward to starting the journey to become the Nordic region's leading real estate company with a focus on growth locations, together with the new management team. As we now become a joint company, we aim to utilise the extensive expertise that exists within the two organizations, and we will continue to have a high business pace. We have a balanced property portfolio which is well positioned geographically and contains both a strong base in its property management and property development projects which contribute with increased growth- and return potential. I am very pleased with the extensive knowledge and experience we now gather in the new joint management team, and believe that we, together with the organization as a whole, are well equipped to develop the company forwards.” says Eva Landén, CEO of Corem.
