Corem divests in Borås for SEK 320 million
Corem has signed an agreement for the sale of part of the property Skruven 3 in Borås at an underlying property value of SEK 320 million. The part of the property that is being sold consists mainly of retail space with a rentable area of approximately 19,000 square meters and a rental value of approximately SEK 23.5 million. The property, located in Ramnaslätt's industrial area next to national highway 40, was developed by Corem in 2018 and offers a trading place for craftsmen and professionals.
