Corem divests in Sigtuna and Stockholm for SEK 100 million

In two separate deals, Corem has signed an agreement for the sale of three properties in Sigtuna and a site leasehold in Stockholm for a total underlying property value of SEK 100 million, which is in line with book value.

 

In Sigtuna, the properties Broby 11:6, Broby 12:6 and Broby 12:9 are divested, and in Stockholm the site leasehold to Domnarvet 11, located in the Lunda industrial area, is divested. The properties mainly consist of areas for warehouses and offices with a total lettable area of ​​approximately 7,160 square meters and a total rental value of SEK 9.4 million.

 

Planned transfer of possession for the properties in Sigtuna are 15 December 2024 and for the site leasehold in Stockholm, 20 December 2024.
