Corem signs four lease contracts in four cities
Corem has signed four lease contracts in Norrköping, Västerås, Örebro and Arlandastad (north of Stockholm) with a total annual contract value of SEK 18 million.
In Norrköping, Corem has signed a 10-year contract with Every Padel for 3,794 sq.m. in a property situated in the shopping area Ingelsta. The tenant is expected to move in during Q1 2022.
In Västerås, Corem has signed a 15-year contract with the gym chain Member 24 for 2,373 sq.m. in a property situated in the area Gustavsvik. The tenant is expected to move in during Q3 2022.
In Örebro, Corem has signed a 6-year contract with Trafikverket for 2,625 sq.m. in the second stage of the project Örebro Entré. The tenant is expected to move in during Q4 2023.
North of Stockholm, in Arlandastad, Corem has signed a 10-year contract with World Courier Sweden for 1,660 sq.m. in a planned new modern warehouse facility with accompanying offices. The tenant is expected to move in during Q1 2023.
