Corem divests a property in Linköping for SEK 114 million

Corem has signed an agreement for the divestment of the property Paletten 1 in Linköping at an underlying property value of SEK 114 million, which is in line with the book value.

The property, which is located in the Stångebro area, has a rentable area of 6,048 sq.m. and comprises office premises. The rental value amounts to SEK 7.1 million and the economic letting rate amounts to 100 percent.

Transfer of possession is planned for 2 October.
