Corem divests a property in Malmö for SEK 135 million

Corem has signed a contract to divest the property Malmö Kajan 37 at an underlying property value of SEK 135 million.

The property, which is located in Limhamn, has a lettable area of 14,476 sq.m. and primarily consists of industry/warehouse and office premises. The rental value amounts to SEK 13 million and the economic occupancy rate amounts to 86 per cent.

Transfer of possession is planned to be on 1 December 2022.
