Corem divests a property in Västerås for SEK 116 million

Corem has signed a contract to divest the property Inge 10 in Västerås for an underlying property value of SEK 116 million.

The lettable area amounts to around 5 900 sq.m. and consists of a mix of premises for housing, retail and hotels.

Transfer of possession takes place today, 15 June 2022.
