Corem divests a site leasehold in Stockholm for SEK 125 million

Corem has signed a contract to divest the site leasehold to the property Stockholm Konsumenten 3 for an underlying property value of SEK 125 million.

The site leasehold, which is located in the city district Älvsjö, has a lettable area of 10,158 sq.m. and primarily consists of industry/warehouse and office premises. The rental value amounts to SEK 12 million and the economic occupancy rate amounts to 90 per cent.

Transfer of possession is planned to be on 30 November 2022.
