Corem divests four properties in Nyköping for SEK 168 million

Corem has signed contracts to sell four properties in Nyköping to Björksunds Förvaltnings AB at a total underlying property value of SEK 168 million, which is in line with book value.

The properties have a lettable area of approximately 17,300 sq.m. and primarily consist of office and warehouse premises. The rental value amounts to SEK 16.8 million and the economic occupancy rate amounts to approximately 94 per cent.

Transfer of possession of the properties Brandholmen 1:9, Lansen 13 and Skölden 2 is planned to be on 31 January 2023 and transfer of possession of the property Gripen 1 is planned to be on 31 March 2023.
