Corem divests in Kalmar and Västerås for SEK 107 million

In two separate deals, Corem has signed agreements for the sale of a leasehold in Kalmar and a property in Västerås for a total underlying property value of SEK 107 million, which is in line with book value.

 

In Kalmar, the leasehold for the property Matrosen 1 is sold, and in Västerås, the property Omformaren 6 is sold.

 

The properties have a total lettable area of ​​approximately 12,000 sq.m. and a total rental value of SEK 13.3 million.

 

Matrosen 1 was transferred on 31 May and transfer of possession of Omformaren 6 is planned for 1 October 2024.
