Corem divests six properties in Växjö and Jönköping for SEK 615 million

Corem has signed contracts to divest three properties in Växjö and three properties in Jönköping to Emilshus for a total underlying property value of SEK 615 million.

The properties divested in Växjö are Fläkten 11, Fläkten 14 and Fabriken 1. These have a lettable area of approximately 21,000 sq.m and consist of premises for offices, education and industry. After these divestments Corem has no properties in Växjö.

The properties divested in Jönköping are Hedenstorp 1:99, Hedenstorp 2:41 and Ulvö 8. These have a lettable area of approximately 20,600
sq.m. and consist primarily of premises for offices, warehousing and industry.

“This transaction is an additional step in the streamlining of Corem, at the same time as we free up capital for other investments”, says Peeter Kinnunen, Head of Transactions at Corem.

Transfer of possession is planned to be on 1 September 2022.
