Corem divests ten properties in Kalmar for SEK 425 million

Corem has today signed an agreement to divest a portfolio of ten properties in Kalmar for a total underlying property value of SEK 425 million, which is in line with book value.

The total leasable area amounts to approximately 48,600 square meters, consisting mainly of premises for offices, trade and warehouses. The economic letting rate amounts to approximately 92 percent.

"It is gratifying to see that there is a continued functioning transaction market despite challenging times," said Peeter Kinnunen, Head of Transactions at Corem.

The properties are scheduled to be transferred to the buyer LW Fastigheter on 3 May 2023.

The properties being sold are:
Apotekaren 20, Fredriksdal 1, Gumsen 31, Gumsen 41, Koljan 24, Lärlingen 5, Mästaren 28, Rybsen 1, Tenngjutaren 1 and Timotejen 1.
