Corem divests three site leaseholds in Malmö for SEK 51 million

Corem divests the site leaseholds to the properties Brandnävan 1, Brandnävan 2 and Svedjenävan 4 in Malmö for a total underlying property value of SEK 51 million.

The properties consist of two undeveloped plots and a property with a lettable area of just over 2,800 sq.m. which is completely vacant.

Transfer of possession takes place on 31 March 2022.
