Corem divests two properties in Gothenburg for SEK 111 million
Corem has signed an agreement to divest two properties in the Gothenburg area at an underlying property value of SEK 111 million, which is in line with book value.
The properties, Göteborg Sävenäs 169:1 and Partille Ugglum 7:117, have a total lettable area of 10,970 sq.m., which mainly consists of industrial and warehouse premises. The rental value amounts to approximately SEK 10 million and the economic letting rate amounts to 98 percent.
"This is part of our stated strategy of net divestments in 2023. It is gratifying to see that there is a continued functioning transaction market", said Peeter Kinnunen, Head of Transactions at Corem.
Transfer of possession is planned for 15 June 2023.
