Corem divests two properties in Sigtuna and Kalmar for SEK 164 million

In two separate deals, Corem has signed agreements for the sale of two properties at an underlying property value of SEK 164 million, which is in line with book value.

In Sigtuna, the property Märsta 24:8 which consists of a small office building is currently completely vacant, is divested.

In Kalmar, the property Guldfisken 2 which since 2020 houses the Kalmar City Library, is divested. The building, which is Kalmar's ancient post office, has been a cultural monument since 1994 and has been completely renovated by Corem in close dialogue with the County Administrative Board.

The properties have a total lettable area of approximately 4,990 sq.m. and a total rental value of approximately SEK 8.6 million.

The property in Sigtuna was transferred on 30 June, and in Kalmar transfer is planned for 2 October 2023.
