Corem divests two properties in Svedala and Sollentuna for SEK 163 million

In two separate transactions, Corem has signed contracts to divest the properties Svedala 306:9 and Sollentuna Ekplantan 1 for a total underlying property value of SEK 163 million.

The properties have a total lettable area of approximately 20,200 sq.m. and primarily consist of warehouse premises. Transfer of possession of the property in Svedala is planned to be on 7 December 2021 whereas transfer of possession of the property in Sollentuna is planned to be on 16 December 2021.

Corem’s legal advisor in connection with the divestments was Walthon Advokater.
