Corem's divestment of parts of the holding in Klövern AB to Nrep completed

The transaction communicated on 3 July 2023 between Nrep and Corem Property Group, ALM Equity and Broskeppet Bostad has today been completed. The real estate investor Nrep has today acquired 51 percent of the shares in the housing company Klövern for approximately SEK 2.5 billion, and invested another SEK 1 billion via a directed share issue.

The transaction entails a liquidity effect for Corem, amounting to SEK 1.4 billion. After the transaction, Corem's holding in Klövern amounts to approximately 17 percent.
