Corem signs a 6-year lease contract with the Riksbank
Corem has signed a 6-year lease agreement with Sveriges Riksbank regarding office space in the property Orgelpipan 4, at Klarabergsgatan 33-35 in Stockholm. The tenant is expected to move in during by the end of 2023.
Orgelpipan 4 has undergone extensive reconstruction and modernization both internally and externally. The building has a cultural-historical value and the exterior has been carefully renovated to preserve and recreate period architectural features and materials. Existing stairwells have been maintained while the premises and technical installations have been modernized. The property consists of approximately 4,200 sq.m. of commercial premises, which mainly consist of offices and a planned restaurant and café at street level.
