Corem signs a 6-year lease for a total of 2,200 sqm with Statens servicecenter in Stockholm Globen and Malmö

Corem has signed two 6-year lease agreements with Swedish government agencies’ service centre, Statens servicecenter, for a total of 2,200 sq.m. of office space in Stockholm Globen and Malmö.

The lettings concern the property Arenan 6 in Stockholm Globen and the property Carolus 32 in Malmö. Occupancy is estimated for May and August 2024.

Statens servicecenter, which facilitates services for Swedish government agencies, will offer services from, among others, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, the Swedish Pensions Agency, the Swedish Public Employment Service and the Swedish Tax Agency at the service offices opened in Corem's properties. The office in Stockholm Globen will be one of Statens servicecenter’s largest, with an estimated number of customer visits of 450 people per day.
