Corem signs a 7-year lease for approximately 2,000 sq.m. in Stockholm with RestaurangJouren
Corem has signed a 7-year lease with RestaurangJouren i Sverige AB, regarding a cold and freezer warehouse of nearly 2,000 sq.m. and approximately 1,100 sq.m. of land. The rental concerns the property Åby 1:197 in Jordbro, south of Stockholm. Move-in is expected to take place in October 2023.
RestaurangJouren is a restaurant wholesaler with over 3,000 products in stock, which delivers daily to restaurants, commercial kitchens and cafes in Greater Stockholm, Uppsala and Gotland.
"This gives us new, efficient premises with a location that suits us perfectly. We look forward to moving in in this autumn and with that being able to further develop our business", said Enkido Bennodano, CEO of RestaurangJouren.
