Corem signs lease for a 1,300 sq.m. sustainable office in Kista, Stockholm North
Corem has signed a 3-year lease for approximately 1,300 square meters of office space with the technology company Accurate Nordic in the property Helgafjäll 7 in Kista, Stockholm North. Move-in is planned for mid-September.
The office space that Accurate Nordic takes over was created in 2020 as a climate-smart sustainable office, based on 100 percent reuse in combination with comfort, quality and design, and has since then constituted Corem's unit office for northern Stockholm.
