Infographic reveal renters’ property wishlist and trends
Landlords’ insurance specialists Cover4LetProperty have launched an infographic that highlights what people look for most when choosing a rented property – as well as how trends have changed in the last six months.
The infographic (based on a series of surveys carried out bi-annually from March 2013 to October 2014) shows that:
- male renters have become more concerned about the rental cost of a potential property (up 12% as at October 2014);
- there has been an increase in the need for ease of parking at a property (male renters up by 13% and female renters up by 12%);
- 17% of renters are happy renting and not looking to buy their own home;
- 53% have stayed at the same rented property for five or more years.
The infographic can be viewed and downloaded here: http://www.cover4letproperty.co.uk/about-us/renter-habits-infographic/. Website owners wishing to use the infographic can also visit the page and get the embed code to display it on their website or blog.
