Landlord insurer launches new online Guide for Landlords

Cover4LetProperty - the landlord insurance specialists – have added a unique new guide to their website aimed at fledgling landlords or people thinking about buying an investment property.

Called the Beginners Guide, topics cover many aspects from the basics landlords need to know (such as legal obligations, advertising and whether to furnish or not) to how to buy a property (buying at auction, how to find cheap properties etc), to running a student let, and much more.
