Landlords can access free advice from new website hub
Landlords can now get free, useful, information relating to their business, all from one place, courtesy of landlord insurance specialists Cover4LetProperty who have added a new ‘Guides’ section to their website.
Currently eight guides are onsite, covering topics including:
- Marketing rental properties;
- Insurance obligations for unoccupied properties and those undergoing renovation;
- Running a successful student let;
- The different types of tenancies explained;
- Finding an investment property.
Richard Burgess, Director at Cover4LetProperty, says: “We often also get asked by our customers where they can get information on various aspects of being a landlord – not just the insurance side of things. So we decided to create a useful section of the website where owners of let properties can dip in and dip out to find the information required.”
Mr. Burgess explains that the section will be continually expanded with lots of useful guides in a bid to create a free informational hub for landlords.
