Andreas Forssell has submitted his resignation as CEO of Crown Energy

INSIDE INFORMATION: Andreas Forssell has informed Crown Energy AB (publ)’s Board of Directors that he wishes to leave his role as CEO. Andreas Forssell will continue in his current position for the duration of the notice period up to a maximum of six months. Consequently, the Board of Directors will begin the recruitment process in order to engage a new CEO.

Andreas Forssell has been employed by Crown Energy AB (publ) since 2011 and has steered the company forward as CEO since 2015. The Board of Directors will now start the search for a new CEO. Andreas Forssell will continue as CEO until such replacement is in place, up to the end of his notice period which is the 7th December 2021. Andreas Forssell leaves for a similar position in another industry.
