Change in number of shares and votes in Crown Energy AB

In accordance with previously disclosed information, Crown Energy AB (“Crown Energy”, “the Company”) has during December 2017 completed a new directed share issue by way of Cement Fund SCSp (“Cement Fund”) exercising its warrants for a total 31.5 million new shares in the Company.

During December 2017, a new share issue of 31.5 million ordinary shares was completed by way of Cement Fund exercising their 31.5 million warrants in which Crown Energy received a cash amount of SEK 63 million. Hence, a total of 31,500,000 ordinary shares was registered into the electronic shareholders ledger managed by Euroclear Sweden AB.

As per December 29, 2017, the total number of shares in the Company is 477,315,350. Each share with ten votes each and total number of votes is 4,773,153,500. The share capital after the change, amounts to SEK 14,032,864,56.
