Crown Energy AB (publ) (“Crown Energy” or “Company”) announces that Crown Energy and Proger Spa. have mutually decided to end their advisory relationship and terminate the advisory service agreement, entered in 2017.

Proger Spa, have been employed by Crown Energy as technical, operational, legal and safety advisor, for developing and creating the conditions for the exploitation of the rights of Crown Energy in respect of a Production Sharing Agreement contract relating to the Salah Ad Din region in Iraq.

Crown Energy and Yoav Ben-Eli would like to thank Proger Spa. for their continuous services to Crown Energy, in a professional manner and to the full satisfaction of Crown Energy’s management.
