Crown Energy confirms receipt of down-payment of USD 75 million

INSIDE INFORMATION: Crown Energy AB ("Crown Energy" or the "Company") is happy to inform the market that the first instalment of USD 75 million has been credited to the Company’s account today, as per the signed agreement of 20/10/21.

On 20 October 2021 Crown Energy has entered into an agreement under which the purchaser has the right to acquire (or pre-empt any sale of) Crown Energy’s  up-stream oil and gas assets (except for operations in South Africa).

Crown Energy announces today that the first instalment of USD 75 million has been credited to Company’s account. This corresponds to SEK 647 million as of the time of the press release.
