Yoav Ben-Eli has been nominated as CEO of Crown Energy

On September 15, 2021 Crown Energy AB(publ) (“Crown Energy”) has announced that Yoav Ben-Eli was appointed as CEO of Crown Energy, subject to an exemption from the residency requirement for the CEO, as stipulated in Chapter 8, Section 30 in the Swedish Companies Act (2005:551), at the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Sw.Bolagsverket).

The exemption from the residency requirement has been confirmed by SCRO and Yoav Ben-Eli will now assume position as the CEO, and that Andreas Forssell is resume as the company’s deputy CEO
