    Crunchfish Digital Cash AB (“Crunchfish”) has received a Notice of Allowance from the European Patent Office (EPO) for its initial Digital Cash patent application. Europe is the second major jurisdiction to grant a patent for this innovation following the grant in the US earlier this year.     Crunchfish AB ("Crunchfish" or the "Company") announces that the rights issue of units that was announced on September 20th, 2024 (the “Rights Issue”) has been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Sw.     Today, November 15, 2024, is the last day of trading in unit rights issued in connection with Crunchfish AB’s (”Crunchfish” or the ”Company”) rights issue of units with preferential rights for existing shareholders of approximately SEK 57 million before issue costs, which was resolved by the board of directors on September 20, 2024, and approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting held on October 24, 2024 (the “Rights Issue”). Unit rights that are not sold no later than today, November 15, 2024, or exercised for subscription of units no later than November 20, 2024, will expire without value.

    Crunchfish Provides Programmable Money support in Digital Cash

    Crunchfish today released a new version of the Digital Cash SDK which brings support for programmable money. Programmable money brings the possibility to dedicate payments for pre-defined categories, for example meal benefits, health welfare, allowances, etc. A sub-wallet is dedicated for the specific category of payments and validated to ensure that debit is made from the correct sub-wallet.     Crunchfish AB (“Crunchfish” or the “Company”), listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market (“Nasdaq First North”), has today, September 20, 2024, subject to a subsequent approval by the Extraordinary General Meeting on October 24, 2024 (the “EGM”), resolved to carry out a new issue of shares and warrants (“Units”) with preferential rights for existing shareholders of approximately SEK 57 million before issue costs (the “Rights Issue”). The Rights Issue is covered by subscription commitments and guarantee commitments up to approximately 45 percent from larger shareholders and external investors.

    Crunchfish gets cash injections

    Crunchfish has taken a loan of 5 MSEK from one of its main owners. Crunchfish has also received 820 KSEK from employees related to the incentive program 2024/2028.Crunchfish has taken a loan of 5 MSEK from Corespring Invest AB, one of its main owners, with a 6-month term and 7% interest to have sufficient cash during the time it takes to close commercial agreements or secure other financing.    Related to the incentive program 2024/2028 announced previously , Crunchfish has also received 820 KSEK
