Henrik Fagrenius appointed President and CEO for CTEK

The board of CTEK AB has appointed Henrik Fagrenius as new President and CEO. Henrik Fagrenius will succeed Ola Carlsson, Acting CEO, in the second half of 2023.

Henrik Fagrenius is currently President EMEA, Dometic Group AB. He has previously been President and CEO of Leax Group AB and held several positions within Scania, both in Sweden and internationally. Henrik has an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Lund University and an B.Sc. in Business Administration from Stockholm University.

CTEKs chairman of the board Hans Stråberg says: "After a thorough and robust search process, we are very happy to welcome Henrik Fagrenius to CTEK. Henrik Fagrenius' strong and modern leadership, broad international experience and experience in, among other things, the automotive industry makes him the right person to lead the continued implementation of CTEKs strategy and take CTEK back on a strong growth and profitability journey."
