Custom Cupboards’ cabinets, vanities and custom kitchens are in homes throughout the U.S. The company focuses on innovation, flexibility, lean manufacturing, beautiful design, quality and value — and helping more dealers sell more dream kitchens to more customers. The company is led by chief executive officer Ron Henry and president Mael Hernandez — whom Henry had recruited in 2010 as vice president - sales and marketing. Ron Henry and his brother, Dan Henry, founded the privately held company in 1981 in Wichita, Kan. They began with a commitment to customer service and to making beautiful cabinets. Within two years, the business outgrew its original 3,000 square-foot building. Today, it operates in a 200,000 square-foot, company-owned manufacturing facility.
