First trading day for series 12 warrants

CybAero today announced that the first trading day of warrants of series 12 will be February 8, 2018. One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in the company at a subscription price of SEK 5.50 per share. Subscription of shares under the warrants shall be in accordance with the terms of the warrants during the period from September 13, 2018 through September 28, 2018.

Shares and share capital
The preferential share issue of units has been registered at the Swedish Companies Registration Office and the total number of shares amounts to 15 242 293 giving a share capital of SEK 53 348 025,50. This is an adjustment of the previous preliminary figures communicated on December 15, 2017 of 15 293 293 shares and a share capital of SEK 53 526 525,50.
