Notice of Voluntary Total Redemption

Dahlgren Capital AB (publ), reg. no 559056-0834 (the “Issuer”), hereby gives notice to all Bondholders of the up to SEK 500,000,000 (or its equivalent in EUR) secured floating rate bonds 2024/2026 (ISIN SEK: SE0021515020; EUR: SE0021515038) issued by the Issuer (the “Bonds”), of a voluntary total redemption of the Bonds in accordance with Clause 9.3 of the terms and conditions for the Bonds (the “Terms and Conditions”).
