DIO and Inland agree sale and purchase of Wilton Park
The Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) and Inland Developments have concluded an agreement for the sale of the Defence School of Languages site at Wilton Park, Beaconsfield, which is due to close in December this year. The sale now paves the way for the future development of Wilton Park as the preparation of the draft Development Brief continues.
