Dorset Marines to benefit from new living accommodation

The Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) is seeking expressions of interest from industry partners to build new Single Living Accommodation (SLA) for Royal Marines Officers. DIO’s priority is providing support to the Armed Forces and the proposed development will provide 60 new high-quality bed spaces with ensuite facilities at RM Poole . The requirement, which has a value of £4-5m, is for a three-storey building which will be constructed on a brownfield site at the base.
