DIO appoints VINCI St. Modwen as Ashchurch development manager

The Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) has appointed VINCI St.Modwen - a 50/50 joint venture between VINCI PLC and St. Modwen Properties PLC - as its development manager for MOD Ashchurch. Located in Gloucestershire, the site offers an excellent opportunity to deliver around 2,100 new homes, approximately six hectares of land for employment uses and associated physical and social infrastructure. VINCI St. Modwen will work closely with DIO to fund, manage and lead the development, achieving maximum value for taxpayers from the sale, in return for a share of the net proceeds.
