DIO announces shortlisted bidders for national construction

Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) has announced a shortlist of 10 bidders for its future commercial arrangements for the delivery of large-scale construction projects across the UK Defence estate. The National Capital Works Framework is being developed and procured by the DIO Next Generation Estate Contracts (NGEC) team. It will be used to deliver construction projects valued up to £50 million, alongside six regional frameworks for projects valued below £12 million.
