Correction to the release on 13 July 2022: Partial redemption of senior secured notes

Correction to the release on 13 July 2022 where Delete Group Oyj announced that the net divestment proceeds received from the divestment of Delete Ympäristöpalvelut Oy have been used towards partial redemption of its senior secured notes.
The registered new nominal amount of each Note has been corrected from EUR 223.61 to 223.57 and the new aggregate outstanding amount of the Notes has been corrected from EUR 24,597,100 to 24,592,343.19.

Delete Group Oyj announces that the net divestment proceeds received from the divestment of Delete Ympäristöpalvelut Oy have been used towards partial redemption of its senior secured notes.
On 29 June 2022 Delete Group Oyj ("Delete") announced that its subsidiary, Delete Finland Oy, had completed the divestment of all its shares in Delete Ympäristöpalvelut Oy (the "Divestment") and that the proceeds received from the Divestment, less transaction costs, certain net debt items and other adjustments, amounted to EUR 36,204,229 in aggregate (the "Net Proceeds").
Today Delete announces that the Net Proceeds have been used to partially redeem Delete’s senior secured notes maturing in 2024 (ISIN FI4000252119) (the "Notes") in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Notes (the "Redemption") at the redemption price, and including the premium, set out therein by way of reducing the registered nominal amount of each Note by EUR 321.84 to EUR 223.57. Following the Redemption, the aggregate outstanding amount of the Notes is EUR 24,592,343.19. In connection with the Redemption, accrued but unpaid interest on the redeemed part of the Notes was paid to the holders of the Notes.
As announced on 29 June 2022, the record date on the basis of which the payments related to the Redemption were made was 12 July 2022.
