Delete Group Oyj has completed the divestment of W-Tech Entreprenad AB

Delete Group Oyj has, following the strategy map, completed the divestment of its subsidiary in Sweden, W-Tech Entreprenad AB, a low valued operation of infrastructure and concrete renovation services operating in the Stockholm region. The company was the last remaining part of Delete’s non-core project business. The company was acquired by a member of W-Tech’s management.
The transaction follows the divestments of Delete Special Demolition AB and Delete Heavy Demolition AB completed in Sweden in 2020. “I am pleased that we were able to divest W-Tech and can now focus fully on developing our Cleaning Services further”, said Delete Sweden’s Country Manager Peter Revay.
The purchase price will be specified in the first quarter 2022, but the estimated net proceeds from the sale of the considerably loss-making business are expected to be low or negative.
