GABA-specialist to the Board of Diamyd Medical

Professor Torbjörn Bäckström, Umeå University, has accepted an invitation from Diamyd Medical's nominating committee as affiliated member of the Board of Diamyd Medical, to be formally elected at the next general meeting.Torbjörn Bäckström, MD, PhD, is the founder and CEO of Umecrine AB, Head of Neurosteroid Research Centre in Umeå and Professor in the Department of Clinical Science, Obstetrics and Gynecology at Umeå University.
