Dignitana AB Publishes Information Memorandum
The Board of Directors of Dignitana AB (publ) hereby publishes an Information Memorandum on the announced rights issue. The Information Memorandum is attached here and is published today on the Company’s webpage, www.dignitana.com.
The Board of Directors of Dignitana AB has resolved on 16 November 2018 to carry out a rights issue of approximately SEK 24.3M with preferential right for existing shareholders. The Information Memorandum informing about the rights issue is published on Dignitana’s webpage, www.dignitana.com, and on Redeye’s webpage, www.redeye.se.
The rights issue in summary
- Rights issue with preferential rights for existing shareholders guaranteed to 100 percent through subscription commitments and guarantee commitments.
- Seven (7) existing shares grants the right to subscribe for one (1) new share.
- The subscription price is SEK 4.20 per share.
- Record date for participation in the rights issue with preferential right is 30 November 2018.
- Subscription period is 4 December up to and including 18 December 2018
- The company will receive approximately SEK 24.3M through the rights issue if it is fully subscribed
- The outcome of the rights issue will be announced around 20 December 2018
